- • The climate around the pool area: it was cold, especially when getting out of the warm water. It didn't have amenities or background music. The room service was also quite poor.

I chose it for the location, and the courtesy at the reception. Excellent view of the mountains from my room.

- • The rooms do not have a bidet. Not even a handheld shower, to clean oneself without having to take a shower. The room cleaning schedule is very random: it can be early in the morning or late in the afternoon. Only one elevator was working to the lobby. The bar staff is inefficient and not always courteous. The room curtains showed signs of heavy use. Only one soap in the bathroom.

The location is excellent, very convenient, literally above a mall. The breakfast is very good and the staff's treatment is a 10. It's the third time we've stayed and we will definitely return.
