Beautiful location only 20 minute walk to city centre and Bishopthorpe is a lovely safe village
It was great for what we paid it was so nice and a very spacious family room. The shared kitchen was clean and spacious

Ideal location to town centre about 15 min walk . Also there is bus routes and local shops for amenities
The room was clean comfortable you have all the amenities in your room a kettle tea coffee fridge tv ext.. even though you can’t cook in your room which is a brilliant idea you do have the option too use the facilities in the rest area in the property

- • People banging in other rooms at stupid o clock at night apart from that I have no issue

- • 3 flights of narrow steps to our room . We were unable to bring our luggage up the stairs and left it in the car overnight. The shower was a tight fit, especially for my husband.

- • Shabby and the plug didn’t reach in the sink which doesn’t sound much, but the hot water was boiling so we could only use cold water
