- • A terrible experience and absolute lack of security. I arrived at the hotel, and for about six hours there was continuous and incessant noise coming from outside, from the direction of the hotel. To their credit, when I returned in the evening, the problem was indeed addressed and the noise stopped. But what happened later was much more serious. Around 01:00 at night, while I was sleeping in the room with my mom, a person entered our room with a simple key in the middle of the night. It was a private room where two female guests were sleeping. There was no logical reason for someone from the hotel staff to enter it at such an hour, and certainly not without knocking or verifying who was in the room. I still don't understand how I ended up in a situation where I had to call the reception instead of the police. When I contacted the reception, the response I received was: 'Yes, I got confused with the rooms.' Sorry, but how can someone 'get confused with the rooms' in one hour at night and enter a room where two guests are sleeping? And why would anyone have a reason to enter a room at such an hour, especially when there is no room service in the hotel? Beyond the event itself, what was even more shocking to me was the treatment I received afterwards. No one from the hotel bothered to call me to apologize, explain what happened, or even check if I was okay. In the morning, I approached the reception myself and asked to speak to the manager. In my opinion, after such an event, the hotel manager should have contacted me proactively and not wait for me to request it. As of writing this review, no manager has bothered to call me. And what shocked me the most was the attitude I received from the receptionist, Liat. In front of other people, she dared to tell me that I am 'mentally ill', that I am exaggerating, and that there are cameras and she can 'open the cameras'. First of all, I am not exaggerating. Besides, no one has the right to speak to me in such a way or to use any personal struggle of mine to negate what happened. Even if I wasn't dealing with anything, the first response after such an event should be an apology, responsibility, and concern for the guest's well-being. The hotel staff entered my room at one o'clock at night while I was sleeping. Fortunately, my mom who was with me woke up. The thought of what could have happened if she hadn't woken up just scares me. I started looking for other hotels to move to, but at 1 AM there was nowhere to go, and at that moment we couldn't go back to sleep anymore. I don't know the hotel staff, and I don't know who the person who entered my room is. For me, at that moment, all sense of security and privacy disappeared. A hotel is supposed to be a place where guests can sleep and feel safe.
We were received with a warm welcome, the room was clean, we received water bottles in the room, there is a coffee machine in the lobby that was excellent for morning coffee. Thank you, we enjoyed it very much.
