WONDERFUL
I stayed at Sharm Club Beach Resort on the recommendation of my parents, who had spent their honeymoon here 28 years ago, and I can say that not only were the expectations met, but they were exceeded. From our arrival, we were impressed by the welcome, cleanliness, care of the spaces, and especially the attention to the guests. Diaa, at the reception, provided us with all the useful information for our stay with a kindness and hospitality that are truly rare. He and the entire staff were always available and ready to assist with any needs. Special thanks also to all the restaurant staff. During the week, they even got to know us and understand our tastes, recommending what to try at the buffet. Always smiling, friendly, asking how you were and if you needed anything. The food was always good, varied, and with plenty of choices. The excursions organized through the resort were also of good quality and offered at very fair prices. But let's get to the main reason why I would choose this resort a thousand times and definitely every time I return to Sharm: the sea and the house reefs are simply spectacular. The 2 access points allow you to see different, very rich reefs with an incredible variety of fauna. The lifeguard staff is always present and attentive - if you stray from the lane, they whistle at you 😂 - but honestly, there's no need to go beyond the safe zone because there's already so much to see there. I went on several excursions during the vacation, but paradoxically, some of the most exciting sightings were right in front of the hotel. Every time I returned from an excursion, I would go back into the water at the house reef and I was never disappointed. During my stay, I saw a turtle directly at the resort's reef twice, a sea eagle, and even three times the blacktip reef shark.

- • At certain times at the sea, some plastic would arrive based on the currents. This is not a problem of the facility, which is well organized by providing bins that could be used if anyone (besides the lifeguard staff) wanted to collect what was floating. Unfortunately, I believe it is a problem along the entire coast, perhaps related to tourism often lacking awareness and excursion companies that do not pay attention to the environment.
At the reception, there is a smart girl named Natalia. She really solved all the problems, it's just a pity that we didn't turn to her right away.

- • I didn't like almost everything. It's impossible to sleep due to the noise of the air conditioner (really loud), the bed was dirty, the bathroom was all old and dirty... no shampoo, no soap... my husband wanted to get a haircut and they said it would cost $10, but in reality, they asked for $20... we ordered a taxi, agreed on the payment, and then the money extortion adventures began, but luckily Natalia solved this problem. In fact, we are very disappointed! We will never return to this hotel and I do not recommend it to anyone!

Very pleasant from all points of view.
Excellent buffet in terms of quality and variety, staff always polite and helpful. Very nice and well-kept structure, human-sized, in a convenient location for both Old Sharm and Naama Bay. Very beautiful reef. Excellent value for money.

- • I would increase the space delimited by the buoys to be able to see a longer stretch of reef, maybe being able to go from one jetty to another. And I would extend the opening hours of the jetties until sunset.

A guarantee
5 times at your resort, first time in August even though it was more crowded, there were no hitches in the restaurant or on the beaches, everything was always perfect and relaxing, the staff always smiling and helpful, not to mention the director of the hall always willing to accommodate us with the room and let us use the room until the afternoon due to our late flight in the evening. Last dinner and off we go, we will return again thanks to all the staff at Sharm Club Resort
