Great staff, clean. Facility’s condition deteriorated little bit but for the price and how close it is from AUB, Corniche, and Hamra Street - I’d rate if 9/10 easily. I recommend.

Stuff are super friendly and helpful but property required a huge maintenance work specifically AC and bathroom as well very poor hotel supplies

Terrible accommodation
Very poor hotel, need renovation, the rooms are not clean, they will try to convince you the hotel is nice and all good if you want to cancle, the lady in the reception not friendly, they care about collecting money but not a good experience for you. They put used unclean towels in my room!! Zero star

A Safe Haven
This was my home in Beirut for ten days in October of 2024, during the war, while bombs were exploding in other parts of the city. I was in Lebanon to report on the war and never, not once, did I feel unsafe while I was in this hotel. The staff is like one big family. They treated me with kindness and respect, even though I’m from the United States, where the exploding bombs were made. Writing a good review is not enough. I feel like I owe them more than this.

First time to stay in the hotel and didn’t expect too much. But the room and service both are very satisfying. Staffs are friendly too.

The room was spacious but it wasn’t so nice. Value for money is not great, I’ve been to cheaper hotels with better overall experience in Beirut
