Lovely hotel, small and cosy, warm and kind staff
They were so kind to us, they left a nice gift 🎁 when we told them we were on our honeymoon. The hotel is well located and clean, room service daily of course and breakfast but we didn't try it because we wanted to sleep in every day. We later found out they also offer to take it to your room! They also provided a lift from and to the airport included in the price which is very rare as most hotels want to charge over 50 for it. Very happy we found this hotel last minute as our previous booking got cancelled a day before traveling. Also, they have a coffee dispenser open 24/7 so you can have coffee anytime my husband was very happy about.

Hotel Santa Fe is a beautiful boutique hotel! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating (especially Mabe), everything was spotlessly clean, breakfast was delicious and fresh cooked to one's requests, they had well-maintained bicycles for guests to use, the pool was gorgeous, and they offered free airport pick-up and return transportation, which is amazing!! This hotel is a real gem!

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating (especially Mabe), everything was spotlessly clean, breakfast was delicious and fresh cooked to one's requests, they had well-maintained bicycles for guests to use, the pool was gorgeous, and they offered free airport pick-up and return transportation, which is amazing!! This hotel is a real gem!

Excellent hotel
A very good hotel for its money. Free individual transfer from the airport and back, free minibar, tea, coffee at any time. Very responsive and friendly staff. Good room, air conditioning, comfortable bed. Optimal and tasty breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

A great guesthouse in a quiet area of Santa Cruz, yet a 5-10-minute walk from the port and a street with restaurants. They took my requests into account and gave me a quiet room on the top floor. I also really appreciated the attention to detail and the care for guests – free coffee and snacks in the common area, free snacks and water in the room. The room had everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A big thanks to the staff. Belen is super friendly, speaks excellent English, and was incredibly helpful in planning our stay on the island. Thanks to Belen, we felt like at home. The hotel also offers laundry service for just $4 per kilogram wash/dry, which is very helpful, as the humidity makes it difficult for your clothes to dry.
