Excellent hotel in Puerto Ayora
The hotel is very well located, in a quiet area but close to everything. The hotel staff is super super friendly and attentive, they are attentive to everything and make a difference in your stay. The hotel helped us arrange transfers to the airport and the port and although one did not go as planned, they took care of it and compensated us. The breakfast is very complete and very good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Fantastic stay!
The structure is very central and is located a few minutes walk from the port. It offers a free pickup service to/from Itabaca channel and offers bicycles for free use, and both of these services are a great and significant plus (taxi from the channel about $40 each way and bike rental about $15/20 per day). At check-in they offer welcome drinks and use of the minibar with soft drinks and water and free snacks (subsequent minibar replacement is charged). The structure provides towels for the pool and for the sea! The structure is clean, quiet, the rooms very spacious. The pool is small but clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The receptionists Mave and Belen helped us with every need, Belen also speaks Italian!

Good location in Isabela
The location was good. It had a pool. Breakfast was okay. Friendly staff.

- • Everything felt damp in the room, our clothes always felt damp. The floors always seemed wet. There were gaps in the windows so mosquitoes came in at night. Expensive.
Comfortable and well-located hotel
The location is very good, a few blocks from everything. The hotel is clean and comfortable. They had many facilities such as clean towels for the beach, sun umbrellas, snacks, etc.

- • You could hear a lot of noise from outside in the room and even between rooms. Also, the bathroom had no window or extractor fan.
Super service, a bit off the center but everything very quickly reachable.
The service was excellent: pick-up at the port, medical care, luggage handling at the airport, restaurant tips including special requests. Pool very clean. Comfortable beds. Very good.
