- • The Russians put towels on all the sunloungers then go back to bed, so you have to get up early to get a sun lounger. It was better in the Chinese New Year. Less Russians.

- • The vacation at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay turned out to be a real nightmare from the first day. We arrived on May 8, 2026, with a child hoping for a comfortable rest and quality service of a five-star hotel, but instead, we got continuous stress, humiliation, and complete disappointment. Upon check-in to room 1122 around 3:00 PM, it turned out that the door lock was not working. The staff promised to quickly fix the problem, so, not to waste vacation time, I left my belongings with a friend (in the adjacent room) and went to the water park with my son. When we returned around 6:00 PM, the problem was still not resolved - the keys did not work, it was impossible to enter the room. We had to go to the reception again, wait for the staff, and repair the lock. After long waits, I asked to move us to another room. We were transferred to room 1136. But it continued there as well. Returning after dinner around 10:00 PM, we again could not enter the room - the keys did not work again. Instead of a proper solution, the staff simply suggested that someone manually open the door for us. Only after repeated trips to the reception, the keys finally started working. Result: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, I practically could not use the fully paid room. The whole day of rest was ruined. Instead of a vacation - constant trips to the reception, waiting, nerves, and stress. The worst part was the attitude of the staff. During the last interaction, one of the staff members told me in English: "Go Home." At that time, due to fatigue and stress, I did not immediately realize the meaning of this phrase, but later understood how rude and humiliating it was. It felt like we were simply being kicked out as unwanted guests. Also, the hotel's sanitation was extremely unpleasant. In the lounge bar near our table, there were huge brown cockroaches running around. But the real shock happened at night - at 12:40 AM, we found the same huge cockroach right in the room. After everything we had been through, my child and I simply could not sleep out of fear. I have a video of the cockroach as evidence and attached it.

- • MANAGER'S MISTAKE IN CORRESPONDENCE, GUARANTEEING A FREE DAY ON BIRTHDAY. FEW TRANSLATIONS INTO RUSSIAN IN THE HOTEL'S INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS, INCLUDING THE ABSENCE OF A DISNEYLAND MAP IN RUSSIAN.
Great vacation with 2 small children.
We stayed in a villa. Great vacation if you have children. Private pool and certain privacy. Despite the holidays and many vacationers, everything was organized excellently. Food - you can always find something that suits you. Fruits, ice cream. No complaints. Great vacation with young children.
