We were well attended, safe and comfortable place.
The staff is great, clean room, very well located hotel. Near Rampla, Punta Carretas shopping mall, Mc Donalds, Starbucks, you can walk to. Our room was a suite because we went with our daughters (1 adult and 1 teenager) and it worked out great.

The ease of location, close to shopping and several stores and markets, like Fresh Market that has many varieties. Clean sheets and towels, sink, electric kettle, microwave, minibar, cutlery, glasses, plates and even cups are things that help a lot for those with children or traveling with more people. In addition to the service, they are all very friendly and resolve things quickly when requested. Breakfast is reasonable. The area is safe.

- • The cleanliness of the rooms (walls and floors are poor) and the shampoo offered gave me a headache, breakfast could vary a bit. The bathtub is small, I found the bathtub with a risk of falling very dangerous, for those who prefer to use only the shower.

- • The breakfast issue is outsourced and there is a very unfriendly girl... the last days there was no butter and she said it would be restocked at the end of the month and we are on the 3rd.
