- • They charge for parking, the app says it's free and 1 minute later you receive a message saying it costs an additional $150, although all hotels charge for it, I think it's the most economical.

- • The location is more than a 10-minute walk from the center, contrary to the indicated 3 minutes. They asked for my ID to make a copy but never returned it. I will have to report it as lost. It is a fault on both sides since when I checked out, they never said 'we have your ID here' (I completely forgot it). The reception treatment is cold, as if they were annoyed. Even though the website indicates check-out from 12 to 13, they bluntly told me I needed to leave the room no later than 12:00. I asked again and they bluntly repeated it was no later than twelve. Breakfast for my son was not included even though the room payment was for three people. Upon entering the room, we found a large adult cockroach... Walking very calmly... The noise from the rooms is audible... It's a shame. The room is very nice but with the spoon, now the lack of my ID leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
The hotel is very beautiful and has a very Mexican aesthetic, with many cute details and a very pleasant decoration. There were beautiful trees shedding leaves that made the place even more beautiful. The bathrooms were also very well designed, and a positive aspect is that they have an elevator, which is quite helpful for moving luggage.

- • The breakfast didn't seem so good for the cost. Additionally, parking is charged separately, and although it's within the hotel, the access to drop off luggage is uncomfortable because the path is very rocky, and no one helps with the luggage. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, only noisy fans. It was also uncomfortable to have to ask every time they opened the parking door because the automatic system wasn't working. On the day we stayed, there was no hot water, and it took approximately an hour to fix it, which made us lose time. Furthermore, the shower was very slippery because it didn't have a non-slip surface, which could cause an accident. We also tried to communicate through WhatsApp provided by the hotel, but we didn't receive any response or support to solve the inconveniences. As a recommendation, during breakfast, they played Italian music and videos of Italian towns. Considering that the hotel has a very Mexican essence and there were many foreigners staying, I think it would be better to play music and videos that represent Mexican culture and are more in line with the beautiful aesthetics of the place.

- • There is no air conditioning, the heat was infernal, the rooms with sealed windows, the one that was open faced the hall where there was no air. The rooms are spacious and only had one nightstand for 2 beds, there was nowhere to put suitcases. The hotel is a bit far from the center. The included breakfast was continental, and the reservation only said continental, we had to complain to get some eggs.
The heat and noise in the room were unbearable.
The location of this hotel is very good, as you can walk everywhere, and the parking is convenient because you park your car and have it available without waiting for valets. The rooms are spacious but do not have air conditioning.

- • This is the 3rd time I stay at this hotel via Booking. But this time they gave me a room on the top floor with a street view. IT WAS UNBEARABLY HOT. You couldn't stay there. You had to open the room door for the air to circulate, with zero privacy. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. The fan doesn't help with this level of heat. Having a street view room on the top floor and forced to sleep with the windows open due to the heat, you are woken up in the early morning by drunk people shouting, motorcycles, and passing cars. If you are given a room on the top floor with a street view, it's better to change hotels.
