Mostly good stay with some annoyances
The location of this hotel was great - right across from the lagoon with flamingos. It was clean and had decent breakfast

- • The door to the patio can lock you out of your room. We lucked out and were able to fix the situation, but it could have been a lot worse

Excellent place
The view in front of the flamingos and on the other side the beach. Excellent location. The room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The staff (everyone) was always super friendly with us. There was a refrigerator available to store things in the common area. They picked us up at the ferry. Drinking water available on all floors

- • - The information at check-in was not accurate. We were told that check-out was at 12:00 p.m., but on the day of check-out, when we were about to leave for the beach (just before 9 a.m.), we were informed that check-out was at 10 a.m., completely changing our plans. They could provide the information in writing to avoid errors. - Breakfast could have more options available
A great spot to stay on Isabela
We booked the king room with a lake view and it did not disappoint! We had a balcony that looked over the lagoon full of flamingos. Our bed and the room were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was served on the third floor also with a view over the lagoon

200 m barefoot to the beach!
Our room was large, with a terrace and a view of the flamingo lagoon. Water and coffee are always available

Brutal experience on the island
The treatment of the staff. Very attentive and careful regarding food intolerances despite how complex it is on the island. The cleanliness. They provide towels, taxis for transportation, excursions

Really comfy hotel with fantastic view and central location
Very comfortable hotel! Fair price, great location over the flamingo lake. Jacuzzi on the roof was amazing. Central location

- • Boutique Hotel design is not really in the 'Galapagos wild style'. Especially on the Wild Isabela island
