- • We were told there was no air conditioning when we checked in, but we were prepared for that. There was rubbish in the room, probably left by the previous guest. In the bathroom, there was only one set of towels – enough for one person – and there were two of us staying there. But the most interesting thing happened the next day when we went for breakfast. The hotel’s check-out time is stated as 12 noon, but when we returned to our room at 9.40 am, a member of staff was already there, taking out the rubbish and collecting the water bottles. When we pointed out that we still had time before check-out, he said he needed to tidy up the room and that we could stay on. However, he had already changed the bed linen. I was shocked by this behaviour.

- • It was way too hot in the room and the room wasn’t cleaned too well. The breakfast was also quite stale.

- • I didn't like that there was no air conditioning or fan. There was a lot of dust in the room. The room was on the top floor, it gets very hot. I would recommend that they improve their facilities.
