The hotel was beautiful, the restaurant had a great variety of choices, and the taxi service was excellent, thanks to Roberto’s availability and helpfulness.

It wasn't bad but I expected more for the price and considering the days we stayed.

- • We arrived before check-in and they told me that the demand was high, so we couldn't access early check-in even though we wanted to pay for it, so we had no choice but to have breakfast and lunch at the hotel due to tiredness. However, there was a lady in the dining room who was not friendly at all, but I let it go due to tiredness. The cleanliness of the breakfast seats was poor. The bathrooms in the lobby were in bad condition, there was a very loose door. The room we requested was a triple, but the beds were for children, not even a queen size each, but a single bed, and it faced a service door that made a lot of noise in the morning, but since there were no other rooms available, we couldn't change. When I requested an iron, they kindly brought it to my room but the iron was burnt and in poor condition.

Beautiful hotel in an exceptional setting
The setting of the hotel, in the middle of the rainforest, is exceptional. The careful design applied to the hotel, not to disturb the fauna and flora, is wonderful. The staff was very kind and helpful (though one told us that we could not check out an hour later, while his colleague told us 5 minutes later that that was not a problem). The rooms are spacious and very neat. Breakfast is rich and plentiful.

- • The only thing, really - but that is not the hotel's fault - is that it is isolated in the rainforest and one needs to use cabs to go anywhere, even to town to have dinner. The alternative is to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, which is most certainly a good one, but after 4 nights in a row the selection feels limited (though, objectively speaking, it is not).

The breakfast was impeccable, it had everything. The rooms were beautiful, very comfortable, and the central pool and jacuzzi area were a luxury. The attention of the entire team was exceptional as well. We would return!
