The hostel is in a great location to visit the center of Ottawa and the main museums. Beautiful historical atmosphere of the building and the prison tour organized by the managers. We found the facility clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

- • Few choices for breakfast
Prison-style breakfast - an interesting experience
I could use a hairdryer, and downstairs there was hot water and the possibility of using the kitchen. Great location near expensive hotels and the cultural center.

- • No noise protection, every person in the hallway can make noise, and it will be clearly audible. However, the cells are small, and the pillows are weak. The weakest point is the breakfast, which allows you to experience prison food. With one exception - there is a lot of food, just not good...
At least fair. I would come back
The bed was very comfortable, but the main highlight for me was breakfast. A lot of options for a hostel. Also, the location is just a few minutes from restaurants, attractions, and whatever you need

- • Well, it's a jail, so my room was small.
