The best hotel for vacation in the region.
Without a doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommended. Everything is excellent. The food and quality are amazing. The infinity pool is excellent. The service from the staff is excellent. The location is within walking distance of the lively 5th Avenue of Playa del Carmen. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

- • We asked for a kettle for the room and they said it was against the hotel's policy. We had a room with a butler who was not really relevant, they responded after a few hours and didn't really help.

- • Unfortunately, the issue with seaweed on the beach made it less enjoyable. A praise to the staff who tirelessly removed all the seaweed from the beach every morning.

- • The beach and the seaweed. More flavor and better preparation in some dishes. They serve them very strong. An important point, they make you wait at the entrance of the restaurants and we experienced that there were tables available (approximately 50% of capacity) and still had to wait for 15 minutes. They offer the best tables to international tourists and different ones to nationals, if they make that distinction.

- • The beach right in front full of seaweed, not inviting for swimming. The room is a bit simple. The bed is really standard, not worthy of the hotel and the rest of the facilities.
