- • Reception staff were not very helpful. For example, booking a massage took 20 minutes in one case. I had to insist to get a receipt for my stay (reception staff told me I would get it on booking.com, but the latter said the hotel would provide it). Another 20 minutes wasted.

Amazing days at Oakwood
The Oakwood Premier experience has been amazing. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly, helpful, and diligent. Especially Roy and Nora. The service is top-notch! The food and gym are also very good. Any special request is handled with special care. I stayed for over a week and I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, and my son was very tired. Yuna was very helpful in assisting us with early check-in. Honestly, she made such a great first impression for the hotel. The room size is large and super clean.
