Last week I stayed for almost a week. Especially if you come from other countries, you will receive extra attention because Turkish staff really appreciate tips :) I would like to specially mention a staff member named Nisan who works in the lobby. Thank you so much Mrs. Nurcan for everything.

I am satisfied

I have stayed in similar hotels in Marmaris before, but Green Nature Diamond Hotel has some advantages compared to others. The biggest advantage is that the area is very spacious. Even when the hotel is fully booked, the crowd is not overwhelming. This year the adult pool has been opened. Couples no longer have to enter the noisy and crowded children's pool. It would be better if they open a bar closer to the adult pool, as you have to walk a bit to get drinks. The cleanliness of the rooms is quite good. Most of the staff try to be helpful. Some of them may seem unfriendly, but it's acceptable. The food is varied and delicious. In the evenings, there are live music, karaoke, and DJ performances on the sea side, but most of them cater to foreign tourists; music that appeals to Turkish guests could also be played. Prices should be a bit more reasonable for Turkish guests; I would definitely not look for another hotel in Marmaris.

Amazing hotel, but the only issue is that the rooms do not have blankets. They only offer low-quality blankets that are not warm enough!!

The location, cleanliness, and comfort of the hotel are truly amazing. The only problematic issue is the insufficient service staff outside the restaurant and their unnecessary rudeness when discussing customers' requests without considering that Turkish guests are also present in the hotel. (There were good ones too) Other than that, we had a truly flawless holiday. Thanks to all the staff for their efforts.

Food awful

A one-star hotel!!! I do not recommend this hotel at all. It is a terrible hotel with very bad management. The rooms provided do not match the reservations. We spent three hours checking in, and it took a while to convince the receptionist to provide two room keys for two people!!!! The guest relations staff are unhelpful; she cannot recommend any restaurants or places to visit. The lady at the guest relations desk is extremely rude and has a bad attitude. When I asked housekeeping to bring two more towels, she refused, and when I confronted her, she claimed I hit her. When we threatened to check the security cameras, she changed her story and said I was shouting!!!! The hotel management believed her lies, and even when they found out the truth, they did not apologize. The carpet in the hotel is extremely dirty, and the plates and forks have a bad smell!!!! The staff is not friendly. The pool was very dirty, and the beach chairs are terrible. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Expedia should remove this hotel from their list. I am a frequent user of Expedia, and this is the first time I am writing a review because it is not good for Expedia to have this hotel listed with them!!!

The hotel's location near the beach was very noisy. The service is below average, the rooms are very standard, and the food is nothing special, so I don't think the price justifies the quality
