Geçen hafta neredeyse bir hafta kaldım. Özellikle diğer ülkelerden geldiyseniz, Türk personel bahşişleri çok sevdiği için ekstra ilgi göreceksiniz :) Özellikle lobide çalışan Nisan isimli bir personeli özellikle belirtmek istiyorum. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederim Nurcan Hanım.

I have stayed in similar hotels in Marmaris before, but Green Nature Diamond Hotel has some advantages compared to others. The biggest advantage is that the area is very spacious. Even if the hotel is fully booked, the crowd is not disturbing. This year the adult pool is open. Couples do not have to enter the noisy and crowded children's pool. It would be better if they open a bar closer to the adult pool, as you have to walk a bit to get a drink. The cleanliness of the rooms is quite good. Most of the staff try to be helpful. Some of them may seem a bit grumpy, but it is acceptable. The food is plentiful and delicious. In the evenings, there are live music, karaoke, and DJ performances in the sea-facing area, but most of them cater to foreign tourists; music that appeals to Turkish guests can also be played. Prices should be a bit more reasonable for Turkish guests; I definitely recommend not looking for another hotel in Marmaris.

Harika bir otel ama odaların battaniyesi yok. Sadece düşük kaliteli, yeterince sıcak olmayan bir battaniye sunuyorlar!!

Hotel's location, cleanliness, and comfort are truly amazing, the only problematic issue is the insufficient service staff outside the restaurant and the unnecessary impoliteness of the staff who forget that there are Turkish guests in the hotel and talk back and forth about customers' requests. (There were good ones for sure) Other than that, we had a truly flawless holiday. Thanks to all the staff for their efforts.

Bir yıldızlı otel!!! Bu oteli hiç tavsiye etmiyorum, korkunç bir otel ve çok kötü bir yönetim, verilen odalar rezervasyonlarla uyumlu değil, check-in için üç saat harcadık, resepsiyoniste iki kişilik odalar için iki anahtar vermesini ikna etmek biraz zaman aldı !!!! Misafir ilişkileri ile ilgisi yok, hiçbir restoran veya ziyaret edilecek yer tavsiye edemez. Misafir ilişkileri masasında oturan bayan son derece kaba ve tavırlı, temizlik görevlisine iki havlu daha eklemesini istediğimde bunu reddetti ve onunla konuştuğumda bana vurduğumu iddia etti, kameraları kontrol etmekle tehdit ettiğimizde sözlerini değiştirdi ve bağırdığımı söyledi !!!!! Otel yönetimi yalanlarına inandı ve gerçeği öğrendiklerinde bile özür dilemediler, oteldeki halı son derece kirli, tabaklar ve çatal kötü kokuyor !!!! Personel dostça değil. Havuz çok kirliydi, plaj sandalyeleri korkunçtu.. Sonuç olarak, korkunç bir deneyimdi. Expedia onları otel listesinden çıkarmalı. Expedia'nın sık kullanan biriyim ve bu ilk defa bir değerlendirme yazıyorum çünkü bu otelin onlarla listelenmesi iyi değil!!!

Otelin konumu plaja çok yakındı, bu da çok gürültülüydü. Hizmet ortalamanın altında, odalar çok standart, yemekler evde yazılacak bir şey değil, bu yüzden fiyatın kaliteyi haklı çıkardığını düşünmüyorum
