TV didn't work. Showerhead was busted. Roaches galore around the property.

The accommodation environment is very poor, the price is not right, feel like being cheated. We changed to another hotel on the same day.

Strategic location. Reasonable price, but the toilet sliding door is totally broken, no repair and response to my complaints.

Reasonable. The location is good but it is very difficult to understand how to get to the GuestHouse. They could provide instructions because I spent half an hour trying to find it. In addition, the room is really small. You either live in the room or open your suitcase. The shower is above the toilet and if you don't take everything out of the bathroom, everything will get wet. It's cheap, so if it's just a place to sleep, it's okay.

No cleaning. Not changing towels every day! Family room is far away from reception.

Staff was nice and friendly. The building itself smells like a jail. It is very dirty with garbage all around the place.

Very central to everything. Near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Across I Square Shopping Center. Adjacent to Cafe de Coral. Lots of money changers on the ground floor and some food shops.
