My friend and I were traveling around Austria and booked the hotel for 2 nights. We were so impressed with the hotel.

The hotel is very tastefully and beautifully furnished, truly pleasant Tyrolean style, everything matches. The room, besides being spacious and practical, comfortable, is detailed to the smallest detail, like a socket above the table, not just bedside tables, or light in the wardrobe, trash can in the drawer, and more. I didn't even realize that I was giving my mom such an exceptional stay from the accommodation point of view, not just experiences :) We would also like to thank the receptionist who welcomed us and all the restaurant staff on the first floor, who are respectful and friendly, and thanks to whom the hotel is excellent, truly exceptional. Special thanks to the head waiter from Croatia, the waiter from Hungary, another senior waiter, the Slovakian temporary worker, and most of all to your sweetest employee from Bosnia. You are great :) The food and service were excellent. We will definitely come back.

- • The only detail is the metal thresholds between the balcony and the room, which can be a bit uncomfortable if stumbled upon.
Beautiful setting, and charming hotel. Great food also. Just a shame that we just couldn't get the room cooler.

- • No air conditioning. Our room never cooled down, even with fans. Request a shade side of the hotel in summer would be my recommendation.
Very cozy hotel close to the center of the town and to the beach, the receptionist George was very friendly, we got an upgrade of our room and we were allowed to check in 2 hours before the standard time.

- • Some necessary items and equipment are not available such as coffee facilities and a pressing machine. The 500 euros for each room as a deposit is too much, particularly if you are staying 3 nights.
Of all the beautiful hotels in Zell am See, it was the exceptional staff that made the difference!

- • Really splitting hairs but Parking was restrictive, but the staff always helped find a parking space. Gym equipment is dated but operational.
