I have stayed in different chain hotels in Santiago but this one has breakfast, service, early check-in upgrade, free minibar, excellent breakfast, quality and new materials, clean spa. Overall, Santiago is a safe city but the location of this hotel in the old town center is spot on. It's a lively place day and night where you can easily wander around on your own.

We loved our stay at The Singular Santiago!
This was the perfect hotel to stay in that is centrally located, great rooms, and the rooftop bar with the best cocktail I've ever had.....a Singular Sour. Make sure you get this tasty treat! It's absolutely delicious...along with the food! The staff that work at this hotel are so nice. We loved working with the concierge, Martin, who was so helpful in getting us reservations and making arrangements. And thank you to Camilla!

The staff at the Singular are of a very high standard. All areas were warm, friendly and very professional. Our room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean.

We had a wonderful stay at The Singular Santiago. The hotel is elegant, calm and beautifully run, with a perfect location in Lastarria close to museums, restaurants and historic areas. Our room was very comfortable and stylish, and the staff were very warm, professional and extremely helpful. They organised all our tours very well, making everything easy and stress-free. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar and the excellent breakfast. The Singular felt personal, luxurious and distinctly Santiago. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it.
