Wonderful!
The Singular is my favorite hotel, since I was in Patagonia. Singular Santiago has become my favorite place to go to dinner with my family since I arrived in Santiago in 2019, always a friendly attention from everyone! Without a doubt my favorite place! When I return to Chile, I will definitely go back!

- • First ask if the hotel is under construction because I just arrived from there and was woken up by A TERRIBLE NOISE, I called reception, they said 'ma'am, the renovation is on the 9th floor, are you hearing it from the 7th?!' .... Me 'besides feeling sick all night, do I have to justify the noise that bothers me?! This SUPERIOR room should have been blocked' .... They 'I already asked them to stop but can they go back to work at noon?!' .... I was disbelieving of what I heard, they had no sensitivity and didn't stop working, they just reduced the work .... I called again ... they 'ma'am are you still hearing it?! But they have to go back at 11am, ok?!' .... Seriously! I didn't know what to say, I talked about the lack of respect and hung up the call. A 5-star hotel where the guest is not a priority.....
