- • Very dirty for a hotel. I couldn't walk barefoot. The toilets don't seem to be cleaned. The shower is too tight, the curtains at ring level, the shower head has a bit of rust or mold, I'm not sure. Location: Completely deserted.

- • I could hardly enter. At the entrance there was a machine asking me to pay for the accommodation again, which I had already paid for on Booking. I called Booking and two agents attended me but couldn't solve the problem. Then I called the accommodation's contact phone five times and got no answer. In the end, I ended up paying for the accommodation again, even though I had problems with two credit cards that the machine wouldn't accept. If it hadn't accepted the third card, I would have been left on the street, even though I had paid for the accommodation, all because they didn't answer the phone. Finally, I entered and the next day I complained and they refunded the money to my card. The fact is that I spent more than an hour at the door before entering trying to solve this problem. I find it terrible that they provide a phone number and then don't answer the calls.
