Staff, nice room, plenty of breakfast choices. As there was loud music entertainment on a lower floor, they easily changed our room and moved us to a higher floor.

A nice hotel in Ipoh.
From the check-in process to the checkout and in-between, everything went off smoothly.. the staff were great. The location of the hotel was good, being next to the shopping centre was helpful.
