관광지와 가까워서 좋았어요. 금연층에 방배정 받아서 금연방에 냄새도 안나고 만족했습니다. 고층 뷰도 좋았어요.

Room was deteriorated

Overall experience bad and won’t use this hotel in Dalian again. Room was dusty, blankets and towels were worn out. Carpets were stained. The ac was not functioning well. Hallways looked very deteriorated. The restaurant was only open for breakfast and breakfast has not many options just local food.

中山広場と地下鉄駅近し、レストランもあり、サービスも良い。トイレウォシュレットが無いのが残念。

Room is big, but the tv is small. Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The location is very convenient, the rates are reasonable, the employees were kind and the facilities are clean and I would like to use it again.

Please change pillow case when directly transferred from another room, full of oily smell. Clean the shower floor, too slippery

バスタブがない、ウォシュレットがないので、日本人にとては「良い」とは言えないが、水回りも問題無く、普通に使って不快感はないです。

とても便利です

地下鉄2号線の中山広場駅から約徒歩5分程度で非常に便利な場所にあります。近くには日本人になじみのローソン、マック、バーガーキングなどがあります。部屋はとても清潔で、バスタブが無いことは残念ですが、それ以外はとても満足できるものでした。テレビはNHKが見れます。

行きつけのお店に近くて便利でした。

시설은 되게 깨끗하고 좋았는데 룸 바닥은 전혀 치우지않은 것 같습니다.

가격대비 별로

로비가 6층. 시내긴 하지만 주변에 별게없슴. 호텔전반적으로 마감자제나 구조가 고급호텔은 아님. 대리석보다는 합판이나 나무가 많음. 가성비가 별로임. 방도 작은편이고 구조도그닥.

大連のランドマーク中山広場や旧満鉄本社にすぐ近く、空港から地下鉄一本で来られるなど至便でロケーションは抜群。重厚な歴史的建築が並ぶ中で、モダンで都会的なセンスにあふれ、スタイリッシュさが際立っている。マリオット系の外資ホテルだが、高級感はなくて値段も比較的安い。若者向きのカジュアルな感覚が生かされている。英語に堪能なスタッフが多く、フロントで日本人の名前を中国語読みしないのが好感を持った。周辺に一人で入れる飲食店やコンビニがあるのも嬉しい。大連市内は以外にコンビニが少ないので、飲み物を補給するのに役立った。朝食のメニューも豊富。バスルームがシャワーのみだったことが唯一残念だった。

3人で部屋を予約してるのに、歯ブラシとタオル関係が、2人分しかなかった。 支払いも、現地支払いと聞いていましたが、クレジット決済済みと言われて、不安になった

朝食は混雑覚悟で

朝食レストランのキャパシティが小さいと思います。時間によっては混雑のため座席が無く、皿の供給も間に合っていませんでした。

スタッフの対応は悪くない。部屋はチョット狭いが広すぎるよりは良い。作業机と集中電源装置が良い。 眺め良い周辺エリアも良い。ただし、フロントが6階にあるのでエレベーター乗り継ぎが面倒くさい。エレベーターがなかなか来ない。朝食ラーメンは良いがそれ以外はイマイチ。

CP值很高

飯店離機場不到30分鐘，周邊也很多商場及餐廳。CP值很高

엘레베이터를 1층에 6층까지 타고 올라가서 6층에서 다시 객실로 올라가야하는데 중간에 걷는 거리가 80m정도 됨. 왔다갔다 자주 하면 귀찮고 방에서 커텐을 열면 앞건물 호텔이랑 마주보고있어서 서로의 방이 다 보임 ㅋㅋㅋ 무슨 관음증방도 아니고... 커텐을 못걷음. 커텐 안걷으면 빛이 전혀 안들어와서 완전 답답한데 커튼 걷으면 앞에서 사람들이 쳐다보고있어서 못걷음. 진짜 창문에서 쳐다보는사람들 몇 있음

早朝の便で、朝タクシーで空港まで行きたく、前日にタクシーを呼んでおいてもらおうとお願いしました。中国では、電話でタクシーを呼べないを知らなかった私。レセプションの方が、わざわざ道路まで行ってタクシーを捕まえてくれました。しかも日本語できるスタッフです。ありがたき幸せ

Good hotel in Dalian!

It’s excellent for business trip! Location near subway train, you can access airport easily! The only problem is catching a taxi, as lobby is on 6/F, you can’t get enough help and not easy to get the taxi for a foreigner!

마지막 날 카드키 문이 고장나 한시간 이상 수리하는 동안 벌서고있었습니다 주변 위치는 지하철 이용하기 좋구요 수영장은 너무 작았고 무엇보다 조식이 다른 알로푸트 지점보다 빈약했어요 그리고 복도등에서 담배를 너무 피워서 좀..... 중국 문화인줄은 알지만 엘리베이터 앞에도 재털이를 두니...너무 중국사람만 옵니다

地點不錯，適合自由行！

除了早餐，沒啥可挑剔的了！自由行的人，交通真的很方便，環境也單純！附近便利商店很多間，方便。用餐的選擇，性價比好的少了些，樓下蘭州拉麵不錯，隔壁路友誼商場的米線也好吃。離201線有軌電車的站也近。

地下鉄駅近くで高級ホテルではないが近代的

地下鉄　中山駅　徒歩5分位で近く、高級ホテルの様な重厚感は無いですが、清潔でシンプルで、チェックインのデポジットやルームバーも無く近代的でチェックイン、アウトもスムーズです。

真新しく清潔感あふれる便利ホテル

大連・旅順訪問のために2泊で利用しました。中山公園（空港直結の地下鉄駅がある）から徒歩５分で、市内観光・空港往復双方にとても便利な立地です。ホテル自体は高層ビルの上階にあり、レセプションは６階です。ビル自体が新しいせいか、すべての設備が現代的でとても使いやすく、かつ、非常に清潔な印象です。毎日２本のペットボトルの水もサービスされ、また、今回は朝食付きにしたので朝のビュッフェが使えました。ビュッフェは洋食・中華のメニューが揃い充実度が高かったです。テレビはNHK（総合）が見ることが出来ます。周辺はレストランやコンビニ、百貨店などもあり出歩くにも便利でした。ホテルのレベルの高さに比べて大変コスパも良く、また大連に来る機会があれば利用したいホテルです。

良いホテルです

日本人の観光客が少ないせいもあり、日本語の案内が無く、日本語を話せるスタッフがいなかった。 英語が話せるスタッフとやり取りをしないと苦労する。 帰国の前日にフロントにタクシーの予約をお願いしたら、出来ないと断られた。

Nice hotel with great city views

I would have rated this hotel 5 except for 2 issues that made my stay less enjoyable. Firstly I was staying on a non smoking room where the entire corridor clearly states “no smoking” everywhere. Despite this people would still smoke next to the lifts and the smoke could be smelt from my room. The corridors always stunk of cigarette smoke and although it isn’t condoned, this is apparently just accepted in China and staff will not address this problem. The second issue was the unscheduled maintenance work on the swimming pool and gym during my entire stay. There was no mention of this on the website which was a shame for a 2 week stay. Other than this the hotel rooms are lovely. They are very spacious with a great view over the city. Fantastic location near prestigious stores such as Gucci, Prada etc, and 5 mins walk to the new metro station which will take you 14 stops to Dalian airport. Taxis are never hard to catch from this location and several restaurants are located literally outside the main entrance. The hotel is clean and tidy and the cleaners always put plenty of bottled water, tea and coffee in the rooms daily.

위치자체가 굉장히 좋았습니다. 대련 중심지인 중산광장 바로 근처였고요 다른 곳으로 여행하기도 좋내요.

仕事仲間の紹介で泊まりました。 高層ホテルで眺望良く、とても綺麗でした。 有料ドリンク付きの冷蔵庫があり便利でした。 フロントは6階でエレベーター乗り継ぎのためセキュリティも良いです。 眺望が良すぎ朝日が強烈でした。

Upscale Hotel

Front desk very helpful. Terrific breakfast. Well equipped gym, pool sauna and steam room. Good restaurants close by.

Good bed, bad breakfast

Travelling for business. Pool was small but clean and the water was nice 28 deg. The reception is good and accommodating. For me bed is the most important and I can say the bed is very comfortable. If you like hard mattress then this is not the hotel for you. You can try Nikko Dalian or holiday inn express. I have also stayed in those hotels. After Intercontinental Dalian this was the best. Only downside was the breakfast. Coffee was bad and cold. They did not refill properly. There was no toaster for bread. The whole fruit was almost always empty. The fried egg department was not very active. The fried egg quality was bad. The staff was nice though. Seating arrangement was also good. The WiFi service is average. The speed is not so great and on the 26th floor I had bad phone reception. The cleaning ladies were amazing and nice people.

This hotel is fairly good when I consider the price. Breakfast was fine. I will stay here if I visit Dalian again.

GREAT hotel; central; modern; roomy; friendly!

Booked for one night, but enjoyed it so much we stayed for two. Lovely roomy rooms. Nice and modern. Lovely helpful staff for foreigners who are just starting their 'Mandarin-learning' journey! Highly recommend.
