In general, it's normal
Everything is good, 2 minutes to the central station. The cabins are convenient, but a bit hot in them, but overall everything is good. To stay for one day is super, it cost us 3500 UAH (66 euros for two). In general, I liked it.

- • Only the shower is a bit inconvenient, no trash can, no rubber mat, so a 4 out of 10, quite old

- • Could not get in touch with any staff. I tried to contact via email and phone but no one has responded yet, 4 days later. Dirty showers and toilets. Clogged drains.
I would come back. Since the price and the cozy bed and the location outweigh the lack of washing facilities.
The bed in the closet was great. Super cozy, clean, and has everything you need. I slept excellently.

- • Definitely missing a laundry room. Two small sinks in the toilet without storage space are way too few.
Quite disappointing place to come: First of all, all the "heavy" doors and codes and no elevator especially for those of us with bad knees

- • Cabins very noisy and air conditioning did not work, accordingly very uncomfortably hot.

- • Very dirty, not enough toilets/shower stalls for so many people. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower, just liquid soap. No disposable towels, which is unhygienic considering the number of guests. No lounge room for tea or anything, rooms are incredibly small. Asked to pay 40 dollars for early check-in, while the room was already available anyway.
