- • Hotel is old, unmaintained, and dirty. Pools are dirty, all sunbeds are 'reserved' with towels, especially on the beach side or close to the slides. If you leave for lunch, there is no way you can get a place to sit and/or rest after you come back. Pools are dirty and with particles and/or trash. Some facilities are 'closed' as they are broken.
Rooms and toilets were cleaned very carelessly
Only the staff working in the dining hall were friendly. The pools were nice. Table tennis activity was managed by Ediz and he was a very fun young man. The ice cream, waffle, and pancake bars were very nice.

- • Next to the animation, there is a lady named Farma working at the bar who was so unfriendly that we hesitated to go and get something. Three families went, and everyone was saying the same thing. The toilets were very dirty. The toilets in the rooms were so dirty and smelly that I was disgusted to enter the toilet. The animation was very weak. There wasn't even a foam party.

- • That you have to climb steeply. Not suitable for older people. And very crowded, few staff at the tables. No proper internet in the room

Beautiful location and view, but the outdated rooms, hygiene, and food are, in our opinion, not 5-star worthy
The location of the resort is beautiful. The pools were clean, and there was enough choice to eat during the day. We found the food at the beach tastier than at the pool. The evening shows were very nice, and various activities are organized for children, such as ceramic painting.

- • The biggest disappointment was our first room. We deliberately paid extra for a Superior sea view room but got a room where the 'sea view' consisted of a very small piece of sea 5 cm2 between the trees. Furthermore, we mainly looked at a tree and a green-covered terrace. See the first 2 photos. After our complaint, the next day we luckily got a room on the top floor with the sea view we expected from this booking. See the first two photos and the last two to see the difference. So, do not expect to get what you booked! Call ahead! The rooms themselves are very outdated, very old TV, 80s furniture, and in our opinion not 5-star worthy. The cleaning could also be better. There were strange white spots on the fabric edge of the bed. The food was extensive but often (almost) cold, and tables and chairs were often sticky. The resort was extremely busy during our stay, so there were hardly any sunbeds available at both the pools and the beach. Moreover, the beach consists of many stones, so water shoes are actually necessary. Additionally, unfortunately, we experienced differences in the approach by some staff members several times. We felt that foreign tourists were approached more friendly than Turkish guests who, like us, come from abroad. We found that very unfortunate.
