Top notch accommodation in Colombo
Wonderful place. Great facilities and location, and the staff were amazing. Rooftop pool was great. Will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Colombo.

- • My booking was from 21st to 26th Feb. But unfortunately I had to leave on 24th. I fully paid advance cash in USD for 5 days, but checkout after 3 days. Requested refund for two days. But declined.

We left the hotel early in the morning and therefore did not use breakfast. It was not included in the room rate and had to be purchased separately.

- • The buffet restaurant used for dinner had extremely clumsy service, at times it seemed that the waiters did not understand their tasks. The food itself tasted good but I would still prefer to eat outside of this hotel next time.
Cinnamon Red is a good stop
Good location in the heart of the city, clean and well-maintained room, friendly staff, and very good service. Rooftop bar and pool are worth extra compliments, sunset over the ocean from the pool is amazing. Best regards to Sachin, Gayan, Jayathu, and Durka for their amazing service. Colombo is worth visiting, Cinnamon Red is worth staying at.

- • Being debited twice from my credit card, one before my arrival when no payment was required before check-in. Unacceptable practice. More than 48 hours after this debit, the money has still not been credited back to me.
If not for the construction and noise I would have given it 10/10.
