The noise in the hotel is a serious issue, everything can be heard and there is no way to rest; the cleanliness was not the best, there was hair in the shower when we arrived. The breakfast is average, they mentioned it was from 6 am and at 6:15 nothing was ready, also the attitude of the kitchen girls was horrible. Add to that the day I arrived at the hotel with the reservation already confirmed, they called me to demand payment, even though Booking mentions that no payment is required in advance, they wrote to me twice in one day, it was almost harassing.
