The staff is the worst
The front desk service was the worst. ①Unable to confirm the reservation at check-in ②When asked about how to get to the tourist spots, they recommend expensive tours ③When asked to call a taxi early in the morning, they call an expensive taxi. When I complained about it, they refused to call a taxi ④All front desk staff exhibit poor manners such as fidgeting, clicking their tongues, and being rough ⑤There is a traveler's staff near the front desk who interrupts conversations with the front desk. It's quite unpleasant. On the other hand, the facilities and rooms were excellent.

Recommended hotel
The room is very large and spacious, the toilet is fully automatic, very comfortable haha. Items are delivered by robots, and there is free laundry and drying downstairs. If I go next time, I will stay at this hotel again. It is relatively close to major attractions, such as the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter, which are within walking distance. Yongxingfang is a bit further, about 1.1 kilometers

The hotel's facilities are advanced and thoughtful, but it takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the Bell Tower, subway station, and Muslim Quarter. The breakfast food is just average, and the coffee machine was not even turned on. Even after turning it on, there was no water. When I informed the chef, he asked me to find a waiter, but the waiters were very scarce. It wasn't until 07:10 that a waiter appeared. In addition, the attitude of the chef responsible for frying eggs was really bad. Why does every guest have to wait in line in front of him to ask for something when he's just frying eggs, offering only sunny-side up and boiled eggs? Finally, the light switch in the bathroom can only be used at the room's entrance, and the three night lights have a design flaw.
