- • The airplane noise from the outside ventilators. Ridiculous and outrageous. When I asked for another room, I got a smaller one. Which I did not mind. But I still had to pay for the suite.

- • The bathroom smells bad and the buffet is uncomfortable. They close it promptly at 10, even if you are serving yourself before that time. We didn't manage to eat properly. This is the first time this has happened to us in a hotel around the world.

- • That on Thursday, June 18, returning from a long day of work - the reason we had made the reservation at this hotel, to rest and recover to work again on Friday, there was an event with music at full volume that did not allow to rest, let alone sleep. I complained the first time at 10:00 pm, they told us that the music would end at 11:30, which did not happen, they offered to change our room at that time..., then we called again annoyed, and they told us that the "event" lasted until 3 am. There our complaint was stronger, and it worked, they stopped the music around 12:30
