Good service & the staff is very helpful I was surprised they upgraded our room is very nice & clean The breakfast was very good lot of choices and the staff is very friendly

A hotel worth its name!
Really delicious breakfast, friendly staff, a garden with a great walking course, a cool resting place to feel Indonesia enough, overall satisfied. There is also a famous Korean restaurant within walking distance.

- • I requested laundry service but the fee is too expensive. (About 1kg for 650,000 IDR) There are many local laundry services within walking distance from the hotel, so please take note.
Everything was great. It was really good to stay there and the location is very nice as well. It is easy to get to the temples and the other different places. The service is really nice. The people are very nice as well. They have a huge garden. Everything is beautiful.

Establishment just sublime, disconnected from the city and yet very close and well located.

Unfortunately my stay was very short, I wished to stay more but definitely I will come back to experience more comfort.
I liked everything, the staff, the food, the location and comfortable stay.

Overall good, place facilities food, staff, location. Just once again replace the new pillows!
Outdoor Facilities are excellent, even though old hotel but still comfortable specially for heritage style. The chef Mr. Sugeng so friendly and have good as chef, he made excellent dessert I think new menu, but I am forgot the name of the dessert. I love the area jogging track, and angkringan area in the night, so peaceful. Will come again and again ...hopefully keep the reasonable price, and I will bring all my family holiday to Hyatt Regency

- • Hmm..I think we have to pay attention to the pillows, they have to be renewed, some of them smell bad even though the covers have been changed, that was my experience. Some of them are really old and smell awful.
