The hospitality was amazing. Hyatt made us feel at home. We enjoyed the food there, especially the breakfast spread was great. The property had beautiful scenic and well maintained locations. We had a great stay and wish to come back again.

Staff service. A child had an accident in the middle of the night, but they responded promptly and the overall feeling was good. Facilities. The room was a bit dated due to renovations, but clean, spacious, and the hotel had family-friendly amenities such as a pool with water slides and waterfalls.

- • In the middle of the night, the opening and closing of the door and the noise from the neighboring room bothered me.
Fantastic - highly recommended for solo, couple, or family. Good break.
The warm staff, they make you feel very welcomed. Manager Falah, Puput, Mel, and Calvin at the Regency Lounge. Also, the resort is beautiful, great views. Massage is good, food is delicious.

- • It’s a little out of the way so you need to Grab everywhere. But the good thing is they have great restaurants so you can eat on-site.
