Far from the beaches
I really liked the service of the employees, they are truly helpful and friendly, I liked my huge room, the breakfast, however, what I didn't like was the staircase in the lobby, I counted about 10 steps that you have to go up and down with suitcases every day because the elevators are after this flight of stairs.

- • About the location, yes, it's downtown near the museum and the municipal market, however, all the beaches are very far away, both the beaches in the north of the island and in the south of the island. Far from boat tours. If I can give this advice to those who go to Floripa looking for a beach, downtown is not the best choice, as you will spend at least 40 minutes without traffic,

- • What I didn't like is that there was only 1 blanket. I don't like air conditioning because even setting it at 22 degrees I still feel cold
Good comfort and cost-benefit
Renovated room, good shower in the bathroom. Helpful staff and they solved a problem with the reservation. Good location.

- • Slow Check-in team, overcrowding for guests to check-in and check-out, I waited an hour in line to get into my room, the hotel doesn't have a hairdryer in the room, it's not fully prepared, everything is in line at breakfast time, it was very slow, the Wi-Fi is terrible. Poor elevator structure, very slow as well. Apart from that, it would be a great option
Booking.com is the worst administrator that exists

- • The circus they made with me. They didn't change my date as I requested. They canceled my reservation and I was left out on the street. They chose to lose 6 customers for a 3-day reservation
