- • There was no floor towel or hand towel in the bathroom. We didn't have enough blankets. The bathroom was dirty. One of the towels was dirty and stained. The bed linen too. The elevator is insufficient for the number of apartments, which makes the wait very long. The same thing happens with the vehicle.
I liked the staff's politeness, the joy of coming in and out of the hotel close to everything, very organized. Rating 10

- • I just found it strange that I checked in on 06/08 at 1:30 to check out on 08/08 and they didn't change the arrival forecast, which was supposed to be from day 05 to day 07. So, I paid for 2 nights and to stay until 08/08 I paid for another night, making it 3 nights. That's the only thing that struck me, so I stayed from 06/08 until 08/08, checking out at 5:00 from the hotel.
