It all depends on the season...
The entire Front Desk team was perfect just like during our previous stay, well-equipped and comfortable room. Ideal location. The Country club is really a plus and very pleasant.

- • Breakfast: very repetitive, quality very average (unjustified price), lady who welcomed us was indifferent, we noticed a big difference in service quality except on the last day of our stay when a charming and helpful young man was there. Cleaning: Bed sheets not changed even though we requested it only once during a one-week stay in the middle of August, here too the service quality was better during our previous stay in May. Quiet: we had to endure the filming of a movie in the patio just below our balcony until 1:30 in the morning (2 nights). Country club: always a big drop in service quality compared to May (no welcome cocktail as before, Mourad is very nice but invisible, he just gives us a towel and disappears).

La Maison Arabe is now a guarantee in the heart of the Medina. The structure is beautiful, fragrant and clean, perfect location to walk around the entire Medina. The restaurant always at a very high level, as always the Rooftop is beautiful. See you soon. Best regards Lorena and Marco

The rooms are splendid: attention to every detail, very clean, complete with every comfort. We also dined in the hotel, in particular the beef fillet was excellent. The welcome drink was great, an extra treat.
