A few service staff are very bewildering.
The stay was very comfortable, the facilities were relatively clean, and most of the staff were very friendly.

- • 1/ When booking, the front desk staff confirmed that only the order number could be used to book a room. We were asked for it the first time and didn't know where it was. It took a long time to check-in, and finally, they said to confirm using the phone number. The attitude became increasingly impatient. 2/ We forgot to take the swim ring at the pool as the pool's operating hours had ended. So we called the front desk, and they said they would help find it, but we didn't receive any messages. We happened to be going downstairs to the front desk to ask again. They said if found, they would call to notify, but still no news on whether it was found or not. We went directly to the pool, and a staff member asked us directly. They said they had not received any message about the missing swim ring, and immediately gave us our lost swim ring. This lack of initiative is unacceptable; they didn't even acknowledge us. The male front desk staff who checked us in that morning was the same person. 3/ In the game room's ball pit, adults were not allowed to enter or supervise inside. However, there was no staff inside to ensure the safety of the children. Who would be responsible in case of an accident?
We are excited about our next visit here.
The room was spacious, lovely, and clean. We particularly enjoyed the in-room spa. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely return.
