Great services with great staffs
I had a great experiences with staffs there since they were always willing to help their guests as much as possible. Especially I thank Camilo and Oscar who were almost my family to take care of me during the stay. I will definitely come back to W Bogota again!

Modern and very comfortable hotel!
We went for business and had an excellent stay. Everything was up to the expectations. All personnel very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a savory buffet of local and international dishes, fresh fruits and juices. The room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. Across the street there are very nice restaurants (within walking distance) and felt very safe all the time. Would happily stay again!

Very pleasant experience at the W
The hotel is very beautiful! The staff were very kind all the time! The room was really nice, we stayed at the Suite Junior (906), the only thing we found strange is the bathroom was too small and it was inside the bedroom, normally the restrooms are in a separate place in hotels. We really enjoyed watching the World cup in the big screen in the lounge, the drinks were delicious. A special thanks to Tati, Carolina, a gentleman from Cartagena, thanks to Alex, to the front desk staff. Everyone was top notch!

Having traveled around the world I have had variable experiences with luxury hotels. The W Bogota rates amongst the best of the best. The staff was extremely hospitable and respected every request. If you are going to Bogota, the W Hotel is the place to stay if you want luxury, safety, and 1st class service.

The Whatever/Whenever team made us feel special throughout our stay, anticipating our needs and ensuring everything was perfect.
