Spacious, Spotless, Surprising IXL Sullivan's Cove
The apartment was very large and excellently equipped for a long stay. The staff paid particular attention to my enquiry and generously provided cooking/baking equipment, oil, alfoil, clingwrap, salt and pepper etc.which were very much appreciated! The apartments were some of the first we have stayed in to provide adequate supplies of dishwasher powder and washing detergent for the duration of our stay, small details but often overlooked - so, thank you! Without us needing to ask for it, but communicating it to us in advance, an apartment clean was arranged mid-stay....which was really wonderful! The cleaning staff were exceptionally thorough and thoughtful. We have stayed in Hobart for 9-15 day stays eight times over the last 5 years and this was the best experience we've had in this regard. Parking under the building was very convenient.

- • We stayed in apartment 204. The location of the apartments was very convenient to the waterfront, restaurants and the city and the apartment was lovely. The upper floors would undoubtedly have better views, so this might be something we would like to experience next time. It was great to have King size beds in large bedrooms (even the 2nd bedroom was very spacious), and if you like a firm mattress, these beds will suit you well. We did feel that parking for one vehicle could have been included for the nightly rate, it just felt a little petty to charge more for this when there were spaces available in abundance at this time of the year and no free street parking is available.
The perfect spot for a long weekend in Hobart - you couldn’t find a better location

Spacious, modern apartments in the heart of the waterside precinct.
We have stayed at Sullivan's Cove Apartments previously when travelling to Hobart. Great location, lovely managers at the front desk, spotlessly clean (we stayed in two of the 3 bedroom penthouses).

- • Microwaves a little hard to operate. Don't particularly like the over head shower but neither of these things an issue really.

- • Ensuite had mold on the ceiling and shower screen only covered 1/3 the double shower, so water was everywhere

Enjoyed our stay but rather disappointed that we didn’t know about the stairs as we are women in our sixties
Position was great Staff waited for us when we were running late after taking a wrong turn off the bridge!

- • There was no warning about stairs to the property on our individual booking I was able to change to an apartment with 1 set of stairs which was better The bathroom requires a small table to the left of the sink so toiletry bags can be stored The shower leaked and there were no hooks to hang towels. Also the bathroom floor was slippery when wet The single beds were not comfortable for adults The security gate outside opened outwards and it was difficult to balance suitcases on the stairs
