Personal: honor roll. Hotel management: failed.
The staff is very friendly. The guides for the activities included in the stay are some of the best the hotel has: Daniel, Néstor, and Vega have a very nice energy, they are very attentive and professional. Among the waiters, the young Edwin stands out for providing excellent service, and another colleague (unfortunately, I do not remember his name) who learned about my dietary restrictions from the first minute. Also, Housekeeping does a very hard and wonderful job, which is generally very little recognized, but they always have a smile on their face and are incredibly helpful.

- • The vegan menu they claim to have in all restaurants, both on the website and also confirmed in person upon our arrival, DOES NOT EXIST. At the beginning of our stay, not only was there no vegan menu, but some restaurants barely had a plant-based option, which disappointed me a lot and made me lose confidence in the hotel chain. I must admit that after expressing my discontent with such a lack of honesty towards the guest, they made an effort to partially fulfill what they claim to have. However, in the 15 nights we have been here, they have not managed to develop said 'Vegan Menu', which, by the way, is still present on their website. It is a total lack of respect on the part of Management towards customers for not providing the necessary means for said 'Vegan Menu' to actually exist, and stop being simply a couple of plant-based options, which sometimes are not even on the menu. As a vegan, I do not limit myself to a plant-based diet, veganism is a philosophy that defends justice and ethics towards all animals (human and non-human) at all costs, and this is an unfair treatment. We are not talking about an economic establishment precisely.
Amazing vacation!
Absolutely had an amazing trip with Daniel, Vega, and Mexican Jack Sparrow!!!! 10/10 recommend! Great food, great guide service and hospitality was top-notch!

My first snorkeling experience was a 10/10!
I really enjoyed how the guides pointed out different ocean animals, especially Daniel. You knew there was something neat when they'd go down and take a picture of it. The music was nice as a way to lessen the noise of the boat motor. Beer and food were readily available. Vega, Daniel, and the other guys on the crew did a very good job speaking in both English and Spanish. No directions were left unclear! The only thing I wish they had was a bright colored shirt or goggles so it was easier to find our guides.

Cozumel
Vega and Santiago hosted an incredibly fun adventure to El Cielo. My 13-year-old son and I will never forget it! The ceviche and Paloma were delicious! I highly recommend it.

Great time!
Nestor and Daniel were amazing throughout the whole trip. They made sure everyone had a great time. As someone who cannot swim and has high anxiety, they did a really great job of easing our minds so we could have a good time. Highly recommended.
