- • Charging extra for such things as washing dishes ($500,000 viet dong) crazy expensive for something that is included in every other villa I have stayed at.

とても良い宿泊施設ですが、次はまた違うところも試します…。
お部屋が広々としていて、とても気持ちが良かった。プールも家族4人で遊べる充分な広さがあり満足。 バトラーの方が困ったことを相談するとすぐに対応してくれて助かりました。その他のスタッフも皆さんとても親切でした。

- • チェックイン時、ドアの裏や椅子の下などに絆創膏やプラカップの蓋などが落ちていて、清掃が行き届いていない印象です。自然が豊かなので仕方ないかもしれないのですが、ベッドにたくさんの蟻が歩いていて、娘がそのベッドで寝ることを拒否してました。よく見ると洗面台やソファなど、あちこちに小さい蟻はたくさんいましたね。しょうがないかな。
初めて海外でも年越しは最高でした。
スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。 高齢の両親と家族みんなでとても楽しく過ごせました。

- • 水回りが悪く、お風呂は3箇所ありましたが、 順番にしかお湯を出せませんでした。
A nice villa but could do with a little upgrade of furniture and beds
The villa was spacious clean and bright, the pool was a bonus although a little cold, the staff were very friendly and helpful and attended to all our needs. We had problems with the plumbing and it was attended to immediately on reporting.

- • The beds were very hard and feel mattresses needed replacing. The price for the pickleball was very expensive and thought it should be included in the price of the villa.
Relaxing luxury family getaway - we’ll be back
Big beautiful resort - loved the pools and the greenery. Lovely villa, staff were great. Location super convenient and on a stunning beach. Food was tasty - good breakfast buffet. Loved seeing the peacocks every morning.

- • Choice of food at lunch time a bit disappointing and limited, especially for my mum who doesn’t eat meat. Lots of strange noises at night made for a broken sleep if you don’t wear ear plugs - some strange generator type noise every few mins and what sounded like members of staff chattering outside quite loudly at 5am. Kids club staff were lovely but lots of broken / tired looking toys and the slide needs a good greasing! A bit of investment to give it all a refresh is needed.
