- • Charging extra for things like washing dishes ($500,000 Vietnamese dong) is crazy expensive for something that is included in every other villa I have stayed at.

It's a very good accommodation, but next time I will try a different place...
The room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool was big enough for a family of four to enjoy and we were satisfied. The butler was quick to respond when we had a problem, which was very helpful. The other staff members were also very kind.

- • At check-in, there were band-aids and plastic cup lids under the door and chairs, giving the impression that the cleaning was not thorough. It may be unavoidable due to the abundant nature, but there were many ants walking on the bed, so my daughter refused to sleep in that bed. Upon closer inspection, there were many small ants around the sink, sofa, and other places. It can't be helped, I guess.
Spending New Year's Eve abroad for the first time was amazing.
The staff's service was excellent. We had a great time with our elderly parents and the whole family.

A nice villa but could benefit from a small upgrade of furniture and beds
The villa was spacious, clean, and bright. The pool was a nice addition, although a bit cold. The staff were very friendly and helpful, attending to all our needs. We had plumbing issues that were promptly addressed upon reporting.

- • The beds were very hard and it felt like the mattresses needed to be replaced. The price for pickleball was very expensive, and we thought it should be included in the villa's price.
Relaxing luxury family getaway - we'll be back
A big beautiful resort - loved the pools and the greenery. The villa was lovely, the staff were great. The location was super convenient, and the beach was stunning. The food was tasty with a good breakfast buffet. I loved seeing the peacocks every morning.

- • The choice of food at lunchtime was a bit disappointing and limited, especially for my mom who doesn't eat meat. There were lots of strange noises at night that made it hard to sleep without earplugs - some strange generator-like noise every few minutes and what sounded like staff members talking loudly outside at 5 am. The kids club staff were lovely, but there were many broken/tired-looking toys, and the slide needed some maintenance. It needs some investment to refresh everything.
