- • I drank the water from the minibar on day 1. Never received another during the next 4 days. Nobody ever took a look at it.
Beautiful pool. Hotel restaurant was delicious. Room was comfortable.

- • Our window looked out onto a roof/building and was pretty dark which was kind of disappointing for a suite stay. We had to call down to get our luggage sent to our room, it took a couple of hours because they had forgotten. Just a couple of weird things with staff that I wouldn’t expect at this price point

An unbeatable accommodation to discover Vienna on foot.
Style of furnishing (also the technology), architecture, unbeatable friendliness (very elegant and always warm-hearted), the breakfast and the perfect location - an accommodation of absolute top class.

Superb Park Hyatt Vienna! The hotel is superb, but the staff exceeds the hotel and expectations!
Superb! We were absolutely delighted with Park Hyatt Vienna. The entire team exceeded our expectations! They are more than professionals! They are hand-picked! They pay attention to details, intelligent, polite, extraordinarily kind and benevolent. The hotel is impeccable, the rooms superb, spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, impeccable cleanliness. Excellent meals, both for breakfast and dinner. Grade 10!

Disappointing, poor value for money
Great location, friendly staff, room furnishings too spartan, noisy minibar with a sticker where you can turn it off under the furniture! Many guests have complained about this. It is absolutely unacceptable. Bathroom with only 1 sink and small. Impossible for two people to be in the bathroom at the same time.
