Fabulous, relaxing stay in a beautiful luxurious hotel
Beautifully designed hotel with gorgeous views to the Medina and old city. The amenities were terrific, thoroughly enjoyed the spa. All the staff were attentive and helpful. The Front Office Manager Nabil was especially helpful and provided great recommendations to Fes. The room was luxurious, well appointed and spacious. Breakfast was expansive offering a great selection of hot and cold food.

The Hotel Sahrai by Hilton has some positive points: the view of the city is beautiful, the room products are good, and the internet worked well during the stay. However, the overall experience fell short of what is expected from a hotel that presents itself as five stars. The room is small, and the bathroom, with glass enclosure, offers little privacy. Another point that bothered a lot was the music playing in the pool area until around 10 p.m. For those on a tourist trip, walking and visiting the city all day, rest in the early evening becomes important. The impression is that, at times, the hotel prioritizes events or external public movement to the detriment of guest comfort. I also noticed that some public areas need more maintenance, as well as greater attention to cleanliness and general care of the environments. The restaurant and breakfast are correct, but basic, without major surprises or differentials. In summary, it is a hotel with a good view and some functional services, but that, in my perception, does not bring together all the essential elements of comfort, privacy, silence, maintenance, and experience necessary to fully support the five-star category.

- • Beautiful establishment! Friendly staff! Clean rooms! Varied and fresh breakfast! However, it is not the standard of a 5*, but rather 4*. Too bad! The rooftop view is very beautiful, but not the one from the rooms. A confusion between room categories, the double and the deluxe, to be checked on-site with a garden and pool view! Equipment for heating the baby bottle. The kettle is too small to heat a baby bottle. And baby pots. To plan for next time! The Italian restaurant Medusa, not great.
