The breakfast was very delicious and abundant with many options. The pool is quite large, so you can be very comfortable. All the game rooms when traveling with children are spectacular. The attention of all the staff at the hotel is very outstanding.

- • The pool could be a couple of degrees warmer, that was the only thing we noticed could be improved. The jacuzzi next to the pool was very hot.

- • That the jacuzzi in my room was a bit dirty when I turned it on and the room's armchair had makeup stains

Excellent services, remarkable breakfast and kids club
The hotel has excellent services and very good attention from the staff. The gym is well equipped and the breakfast is excellent in terms of variety and quality. The pool is spacious, well maintained and clean, it is a plus that they have equipment like the known 'panchitos' for swimming, boards and life jackets for children. On the other hand, the kids club is highly remarkable, the attention, human warmth of the staff and the willingness to propose varied and entertaining activities is great. We have been staying there for over a year now whenever we have the chance and my daughter always asks if we are going to the hotel with the kids she likes. I point out that there are 3 game rooms, from 0 to 3 years old (children always accompanied by an adult), from 4 to 11 years old with staff always in the room, and a Gamer room with playstations, computers, table hockey, and arcade machines. I don't think there is anything I don't like, so I'll just mention here that the temperature in the breakfast room could be a bit more pleasant, as the atmosphere can feel a bit cold (visit in the month of May), but that may have only happened on our accommodation days and not always. Without a doubt, it is an excellent choice.
