- • There was no duvet in the room, the air conditioning did not allow temperature regulation, and the light switch was giving a shock.
The staff makes the guest feel good or bad. In this hotel, it's not very positive, a simple smile would be nice.

- • The air conditioning in the rooms is very noisy. The indicated time for using the pool is not respected. Usually in 4 or 5-star hotels, cleaning is done at night, not at 10:00 am. Dining by the pool area is random, some days it's possible, other days the restaurant only operates inside and not due to bad weather. The reception staff in general are not very attentive, you have to request things several times and let's see if you're lucky, except for checking out.

The attention of the staff is the best, it stands out. The breakfast is very complete and well served. The restaurant offers extremely tasty and quality dishes. The comfort of the beds and cleanliness are also worth mentioning.
