A hotel with traditions. I have dreamed of staying here for a long time because many years ago my parents rested here. Located on a hill, overlooking Karlovy Vary, 5 minutes by funicular to the city center. Beautiful, well-kept grounds. The room was as shown in the photos, everything corresponds to reality. Breakfasts, lunches - sufficient, varied, plenty of seating in the restaurant, we also had dinner once - no complaints. Numerous therapeutic, water procedures, spa, swimming pool, sauna. The hotel has mineral water, but I recommend getting it from the springs in the city.

- • It would be nice to renovate the swimming pool area, as well as repaint and refresh some areas in the corridors and rooms. The funicular only runs until 19:00, so after that it's either walking uphill or taking transportation.
Excellent breakfast and dinner, absolutely sufficient selection, a glass of prosecco for breakfast on the weekend was a nice bonus. The service at the reception, in the restaurant, with the housekeeping, during procedures - always friendly and pleasant staff without exception. The fact that a bouquet and a bottle of Bohemia sekt were waiting in the room for my mom was pre-ordered by me, but still, thank you. However, the fact that the next day, on my birthday, a porter came with wishes from the hotel and a bottle of wine was beautiful. I have nothing to criticize.

- • Unfortunately, the bed had two mattresses instead of one large one, as we prefer. Otherwise, nothing.
