Great people work here, they have good food, the staff smiles at you from a distance, and whether it's a manager, a chambermaid, or a receptionist, they always smile and greet you calmly 5 times a day! The surroundings are also excellent, it's a short walk to the colonnade, and from the colonnade, a bus or cable car goes to the hotel, so great!

- • On the contrary, this hotel is one of the few where everything is still in perfect order and works as it should, and anyone who claims otherwise does not have it together in their head!!!

- • Buffet closed at 8:30 pm without alerting guests at the table, Receptionist man seemed like a police officer. My wife's ID mentioned her maiden name, and he found it suspicious

- Great location very exposed above Karlovy Vary - Cleaning of the rooms is exemplary, they were always very very clean - you can use the Imperial Railway for free (included in the hotel price)

- • - Arrival a bit chaotic with several suitcases, parking in front of the building is difficult - 30€ for a small dog per night
One should have been to Karlovy Vary, but not necessarily at the Hotel Imperial.
The imposing building with its generous architecture is impressive. In addition, the hotel's location on a hill offers a magnificent view over the city. So be sure to book a room with a city view! Breakfast and dinner were as expected from a 5-star hotel.

- • The level in the dining room does not match that of a 5-star hotel: No tablecloths, only small placemats on the wooden tables, and furthermore, guests in attire that in other hotels of this category would have been sent back to the room by the restaurant manager to change.
