We had a wonderful time while we were there
The rooms were cleaned well. They offer coffee in the mornings. And have a snack bar by the front desk. The night staff was very helpful checking us in. There’s plenty of food options around, there’s a gas station right next door with a tobacco/convenience store. There’s a 24 hour Dunkin Donuts right across the street. Wawa is like a 2 minute drive down the road.

- • The main parking lot is a bit far from the front entrance, but most hotels are like that. They do have accessible handicap parking right by the front door, so it’s really not an issue.

- • I wasn't given the smoking jacuzzi suite that I originally booked, but was told it would be ready the following day; it wasn't. The staff was rude and made it pretty clear they did not appreciate you going to the desk for anything. These people fought us about getting extra towels one afternoon for christ sake. Out of our 5 night stay the internet was out for three of them with not so much as any acknowledgement from the staff. Despite the staffs rude disposition to being approached, they sure don't mind watching you on the cameras the moment you come in. The cherry on this sundae is the reason I didn't get the room I reserved was be cause the jacuzzi jets in said room were broken. Guess what? So were half the jets in the room i did get. Every single amenity I booked that stay for was slowly taken away over the course of those five days. An absolutely horrid establishment and the people who work their should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.
