Front lobby walking area bit dirty. First impression to guest is very important. Other than that everything was very good. Room and bathroom was very clean. Felt comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again. Price was reasonable.

The suite we selected was great in that it provided a separate sleeping area and kitchenette. However, the sofa bed was not very comfortable to sit on when reading or watching TV. The staff were friendly and helpful and we also appreciated having a room on the main floor near an entrance. During our stay, we drove to visit the famous West Edmonton Mall, three educational museums and the Edmonton Zoo, all located nearby. It was a most wonderful Canadian vacation.

Family trip. Would 10/10 recommend.
The room was spacious and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I love that they have hot water, tea and coffee available by the front desk 24/7!
