Everything was perfect! The staff at the reception and during breakfast was impeccable... polite, smiling, helpful, the cleanliness perfect, the breakfast very good, the location... 15 minutes from Big Ben... and a wonderful pub, The Black Dog, next to us...!!!

- • The bed was quite squeaky. Flies being allowed on fresh fruit at breakfast shouldn't have been left uncovered.
